Abbey Specialties is a family-owned business that began in the 1980s as a small print shop in Chicago, producing custom T-shirts for blues musicians and restaurants across the city. As demand grew, so did our capabilities—expanding into vinyl banners, decals, and a wider range of custom print solutions for local businesses.

By the early 2000s, we entered the shoe and apparel industry, designing and manufacturing injection-molded displays and slat wall shelving for retail environments. Our commitment to craftsmanship and durability quickly earned us long-term partnerships with national brands and independent retailers alike.

In the 2010s, we expanded again—this time into interior and exterior signage, offering everything from acrylic wall logos to large-scale outdoor signs, all made in the USA with in-house fabrication.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Abbey Specialties opened a second location in Phoenix, Arizona, allowing us to better serve clients nationwide with faster turnaround, regional support, and continued excellence in plastic fabrication and custom printing.

Today, with over 35 years of experience, Abbey Specialties remains a trusted partner for businesses that need high-quality, American-made signage, displays, and branding solutions—from concept to installation.
